MASDAR ENERGY believes that the Health, Safety and Welfare of its employees and
others affected by its operations should have equal importance to quality, cost,
production and morale.
This policy can only be successful with the active co-operation of all management,
employees, contractors and visitors, who have a duty to offer all necessary assistance
to ensure the Health and Safety of themselves and others.
MASDAR ENERGY also believes that it is the responsibility of all employees to
perform their assigned duties safely by following established safe working procedures,
the correct use of personnel protective equipment (P.P.E.) or control measures and by
reporting or, where able to do so safely, correcting unsafe acts or conditions.
Arrangements and Responsibilities for Health and Safety are laid out in the Company
Safety Document.

Commitment to Quality: MASDAR ENERGY is wholly committed to our quality policy which is in place to
ensure our services fully always meet the requirements of our customers.
Approach to Quality: MASDAR ENERGY firmly believes in the concept of customer and supplier working
together in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in service quality.
Within this policy we are committed to operating our Company under the disciplines and control of a Quality
Management System conforming to the International Standard IS0 9001:2015, planned and developed jointly
with our other management functions.
Communication: The Quality Policy principles and objectives will always be communicated and available to
staff. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives. The Policy will also be available
to clients and candidates upon request.
Training & Support: We shall ensure that all MASDAR ENERGY personnel understand and fully implement
our Company’s policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing
training and development programmed.
Monitoring & Evaluation: MASDAR ENERGY will constantly review and improve upon our services to ensure
tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers.
